I had the pleasure of studiyng with Prakash last summer for a 200 hours yoga teacher training course in hata yoga and I must say it was a great experience.
I looked forward to his class every morning and learned a lot during my stay in rishikesh.
Prakash has a good pedagogy, is very skilled and knowledgable in yoga and is a lovely person.
I would definitly recommend this school to any aspiring yogi :)
