TopYogis.com is a public catalog of yoga related services, therefore if you register on our website as a yoga teacher, studio or school, you provide your explicit consent to publishing information about your service in the open access. This information might include your name, email and working address.

You may also post at your discretion other information about you that includes your pictures, website address, phone, or videos. This information will also be available to the users of the website for the purpose of representation of your business in the public listing. You can change or remove this information at any time.

If you register on TopYogis.com as a yoga teacher or school, you provide your email address that can be used by the visitors of the website to contact you. If you do not want to be contacted by the visitors of our platform, you need to contact our customer service with a request to unpublish your public profile. Site users who register as a student also need to provide their email address, but it will not be publicly available for the visitors of the platform.

Please note that when you post your personal information this may become available to other Site users and internet users and be copied and/ or disseminated by such users. Once this data is transferred by you to other users you will not be able to delete this data.

When you use our platform, you may also share information about your experiences with other schools or teachers in the form of reviews that will be posted on their pages.

If you are registered on TopYogis.com as a yoga teacher or school, other users may post information about your services in the form of reviews of your classes.

When you place a booking order via TopYogis, you will be asked to enter your payment information that is processed by the third party processor, Paypal, Inc. Your data will be protected according to data protection procedures of Paypal, Inc. Neither TopYogis.com nor the organizer of the yoga event that you book receives or stores your payment information.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number. We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.
