We Have Been Hatha and Astanga Vinyasa Yoga Study School based at the yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh. At our peacefully situated ashram, we offer 100 hours, 200 hrs residential Hatha and Astanga Yoga Teacher Training Classes, Yoga for rookie programs, Yoga Retreats, personal Yoga, Online Yoga and Yoga Therapy courses as well. All of our Yoga Teacher classes supervised and are guided by a worldwide knowledgeable teaching college. Rishikesh Yoga Prakash is Enrolled with Yoga Alliance USA, offers 200 Hrs residential Hatha Yoga Teacher Trained at Rishikesh, India. Our purpose will be to makea yoga group a higher degree of awareness, of moral principles for a result of healthful bodies and happy thoughts , eventually achieving global peace and harmony .
