Vedic Yoga Foundation a yoga school run by a Woman (Dr. Shobha Shree) who also teaches at VYF. There are two lady teachers who trains the students attending the 200 Hour Yoga teachers Training Course. The school is under CCTV surveillance. Hence Women Safety is utmost guaranteed at our school and at the place of accommodation.

It was a life changing experience for me. I traveled all the way from Australia to Vedic Yoga in Rishikesh after thorough research on the most reliable Yoga school in India. I wasn’t wrong and I had an astonishing time during my course here. The place is amazing, people are friendly and the teachers are the best.
