Darius is a resource in Yoga, recognized by the Yoga Alliance (U.S.) and registered as RYT-500h.
He studied and graduated specific yoga teacher modules in India / Rishikesh in 2013 and 2014 respectively, and upon the invitation in 2015 of another Yoga Alliance (U.S.) recognized, having and certifying at his turn a first generation of yoga teachers from a co-teacher position within a course that was conducted in Jamaica.
The Yoga forms that he teaches cover all levels (beginner to advanced), the postures (Asanas) being oriented towards Alignment, Flow, Gentile, Hatha, Traditional, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin Yoga, also knowing elements of the Partner Yoga or Acro Yoga type. ( Reviews : http://goo.gl/KTBWdm )
