What is Kripalu Yoga

Kripalu Yoga was created by Yogi Amrit Desai. It is a yoga style utilizing all the "usual" yoga tools like asana, pranayama, meditation, simultaneously emphasizing self-acceptance and focus on the inner energy flow.
Its practice aims at tuning into and utilizing our inner wisdom in order to help improve and learn more about our bodies.
The meditative concepts of being in the moment and accepting this moment are at the roots of Kripalu Yoga practice.
