I started practicing yoga since childhood, since 2017 I have been practicing yoga of an increased level of complexity, for myself, then I did not yet know that I would be a yoga teacher, but since 2018 I began to have students from different countries, I started teaching yoga online, as soon as I realized that there are many people who want to gain high-quality knowledge and deep, powerful practice. Both beginners in yoga and teachers come to me, I am happy to give everyone useful tips and skills on how to improve their yoga practice.
