Coming from an extended background in dance and somatic movement, the bodymind organ became an endless space and place of exploration for me; and this is the kind of curiosity I want to provoke in my students too. Each of my lessons is different and through intention, self-observation, pranayama and asana I aim to orchestrate an environment with minimal yet detailed instruction so that the participants feel and understand what and how they are doing. My lessons are always physically challenging yet my students recurrently say at the end that they “feel lighter and closer to their self”. I mostly choose ambient silence in my lessons and I use hands on assists when needed. I am open to experiment, form and re-form my yogic path and I want to inspire that independence to others too.
