Our 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India is specially designed for novices and is a breakdown of the 200 Hour YTTC. It is a two-week long, complete immersion beginner course for individuals aspiring to step into the world of Yoga and begin their journey.
