Yoga practice I started ten years ago.
During this time I practice Hatha yoga and after meeting with the tradition of Kundalini yoga I practice and teach this direction.
In 2010 I took part in the teacher training Kundalini Rising Yoga Alliance Registered school under the direction of a nice teacher Guru Rattan (USA), and successfully completed the training began teaching practices.
Also had course of Kundalini yoga with Gurmukhi Kaur and Harijiwan Singh(USA) took a course Super Helth: The system of yoga for getting rid of bad habits and dependencies" with Siri Mukta Kaur, (USA)
Take a course with masters Sat Nam Rasayan Guru Dev Singh (Italy) Hari Nam (Netherlands) Jerome Shankar (UK).
Practice Jivamukti Yoga, and Harmonies breathing!
Had experience teaching group since 2011 also teach individual!
