Wow! What a class!
This was the kind of class you want when you need a good workout and sweat. It mobilizes your entire body and makes you feel it's least expected areas.
I have not experienced Universal Yoga before, so I didn’t know what to expect. The class turned out to be structured into kind of a flow, from one posture to another.
The teacher performed the sequence together with the students, keeping an eye on what is happening in the class.
I thought I might not be able to move a finger on the next day after a training session of this intensity! Surprisingly - not at all! I felt great and to my astonishment, nothing got strained.
It is interesting, how sometimes we go to a low-intensity class and we feel we have done too much and then we end up participating in a very intense session and feel quite all right!
It might not be the best fit for complete beginners but it can certainly inspire you to practice when you see the example of the teacher.
