Rishikesh Yog Nirvana

Rishikesh Yog Nirvana is one of best Registered yoga schools where students get 25 days 200 Hour residential Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teacher training. After completion of the course, students will be able to teach as certified yoga teachers.
The course starts with the traditional style of Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow yoga and tell students how they can make their class more interesting by following the traditional style. Rishikesh Yog Nirvana teaches how to use the yoga sequence.
After completion of the 200 hours yoga teacher training course, students are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). This 200 hours of yoga teacher training course is for those who would like to deepen their practice and knowledge, for beginners and advanced learners.
