My yoga journey began in 2011, and has led me all over the world. I have practiced on 5 continents and thus, I am very cultured as a person and as a teacher. I have completed my 200 hour YTT at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India this year. Post completion I stayed living in the ashram for 5 months to immerse myself in the yogic lifestyle, and teach students from all around the world, guiding them with traditional and holistic approach to yoga. My message is one of balance. I believe Yoga includes discipline and surrender, effort and fun. In my class the practitioners have the opportunity to experience many of the various aspects of yoga: Asana, pranayama, mudras, meditation, bandhas, philosophy, and mantra. I find inspiration in helping others learn to tap into the grace in their lives and guiding them along their journey to becoming physically and emotionally healthy.
