200 Hour Alignment Yoga Teacher Training in Goa India November 26-December 22, 2018 with Richard Schachtel Yoga Alliance Approved

A 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course Approved By Yoga Alliance will be given again in 2018!

The course is taught by Richard Schachtel, Director The Center For Yoga of Seattle a yoga teacher based in Seattle for over 40 years.

Richard has over 125 recent graduates of his 200 hour Yoga Alliance Approved Courses. This will be his third teacher training in Goa and will be held at the same studio Richard taught in Anjuna Goa in November 2017.

The setting will be the beautiful Yoga Shala at the Artjuna Lifestyle complex in Anjuna, Goa. This is fully equipped Iyengar Yoga Studio with Wall Ropes, Chairs, Bolsters, Blankets, Straps, Pranayama Pillows, Banckenders, and more.

The Course fee does not include lodging,meals, and transportation.
Inexpensive lodging is readily available in Anjuna for under $20 per day through until December 15th. You can eat very well for under $15 per day. You will need to purchase 3 required books and bring them to Goa, and 2 books you will purchase at the first day for $41.50 US

Goa can be easily reached by plane from Bombay. It is only a 1 hr flight with many flights each day. Anjuna is about a 1.5 Hr affordable hour taxi ride from the Goa Airport.

We will meet daily with the following approximate schedule:

10:40am-1:40pm Asana Practice & Teacher Training
1:40pm-2:40pm Delicious Lunches Available on Site for Additional Fee (many choices!)
2:40pm-4:20pm Philosophy ,Anatomy, Methodology, or History
6:10pm-7:40pm Pranayama, Student Teaching, Further Study & Practice of Asana or Anatomy
We will have 3 afternoons off for beach outings AND
There will be 3 Full Sundays Off

The Fee for the Training is $3,100.
