The major objective of this short-term Yoga Teacher Training module is to reconnect your mind with your body. Vinyasa yoga has a special power to synergize body, mind, and intellect. The main objective of 100 hours Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh is to introduce yoga enthusiasts to understand the basic of yogasana, pranayama and kriya – the 3 basic elements of yoga. Our course modules are developed with years of practice and understanding of the ancient practice of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga along with breathing techniques of Pranayam. We have developed this module as a stepping stone to becoming an advanced Yoga teacher by practicing Yoga every day.

100 hours(2 Weeks) Vinyasa, Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher training certificate course is being organized by Shiva Tattva Yoga School at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand-India. The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is appropriate for anyone at a beginner or intermediate and advanced level of yoga. The Yoga Alliance USA certification received on successful completion of the course allows you to teach yoga anywhere in the world. A trained and experienced yoga teacher will teach the theoretical and practical aspects. The classes will be conducted from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
