In order to be eligible to teach Yoga anywhere in the world, a person should complete the 200-hour Yoga Teachers Training Course which is the basic foundation course. Certified by Yoga Alliance USA, this is a 26-day(200 hours) course which teaches the students all about different asanas, meditation styles, kriya, pranayama, philosophy, and anatomy.
The first level of the YTTC comprises of multi-style Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. This is a perfect course for all irrespective of whether they want to become a teacher or just deepen their knowledge of Yoga for self-transformation.
The certificate provided on completion of the course is respected globally and makes you eligible
to teach Yoga worldwide.
