I started practicing yoga in 2006. It was in 2014 in NYC when I tried Jivamukti Yoga and I knew I had found my path. It felt magical and it felt right!
Back in London where I used to live, I learned from Durga Devi, Cat Alip-Douglas, Will Lau, and in Paris, I was following the teachings of Alex Marvin Avila, Rima Rani Rabbat, Yogeswari and Carol Issa Karing.
I have always been some kind of trainer/teacher…In the past 12 years, I have been a Personal Trainer, a Pilates Specialist, a 200h Yoga Teacher with Yoga London, I have a TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) with which I travelled the world with wearing trekking boots, a Business Coach in the Luxury Fashion World wearing numerous high heels shoes; a Yoga Trapeze teacher to sometimes, flip perspectives!
I am a Jivamukti Yoga teacher…(bear footed) sharing my knowledge and passion by serving others.
Through the years, I changed my lifestyle completely. From wearing fur coats, smoking countless cigarettes and a five a day of ‘plastic’ coffee I now follow a vegan lifestyle and delved further into the studies of Yoga.
I hope that by making the teachings more accessible, with a hands-on assist, I can help to inspire others along their path, much like I was. And the best way to do so is to remain a committed student.
Diouldé extends her gratitude to her gurus Hachi yu, Yogeswari and Jules Febre, Sharon Gannon and David Life, for their continued inspiration and guidance.
