300 Hour Yoga TTC in Rishikesh

Chandra Yoga International offering the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program event for the month of September. Situated in the lap of nature in Rishikesh, we are far away from the noise of cities and busy lifestyle, surrounded by grand Himalayas Mountains.

We are providing the 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course approved by Yoga Alliance USA under our Yoga Teacher Training Courses for the month of September. In this program, we teach Advance Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, yoga philosophy, human anatomy and physiology and so on.

Students are provided with all the basic essentials that will not hamper their concentration from their learning like rooms and healthy meals. All the rooms are well furnished with all the basic facilities and wonderful scenic beauty.

Furthermore, the meals are freshly prepared from the seasonal foodstuff grown in our garden or bought by local markets. Every meal cooked in our ashram is vegetarian. To maintain the blessedness of yoga, we do not cook nonvegetarian food and expect everyone in the ashram to maintain this decorum.

We have a brilliant team of teachers with years of expertise. They don’t just teach yoga superficially, they live the discipline of yoga. Moreover, teachers in our ashram do not teach a crowd of people. They take classes with a small number of students.

The classrooms are quite huge and spacious to learn and practice yoga. We take pride in saying it that we provide the most appropriate and prominent ambiance so that the students can go further than their physical and mental state.
